Turkey recognized the visually impaired Fulya Akkaya with the first place she achieved in all 5 points in the university exam held in 2017, then known as LYS, that is, the Undergraduate Placement Exam. Akkaya, who graduated from Boğaziçi University's Department of Economics this year, started his internship in the Turkey office of J.P. Morgan, one of the world's largest financial institutions, before graduating from university. Before the end of his internship, the world's giant technology company Microsoft and the international consultancy company McKinsey followed Akkaya. Moreover, Akkaya's success is not limited to these. While continuing her business life, Fulya Akkaya, who took the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) again this year, became 763rd among 3 million 8 thousand 287 candidates who took the exam and won the Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
