Our Chairman Serkan Ülkü attended the XIth Congress organized by the Turkish Prosthetics-Orthotics Science Association on 19-21 October 2023. He contributed to the International Prosthesis-Orthosis Congress. Our Chairman, who was the speaker at the "Health Tourism in Prosthesis-Orthosis Applications" session; He informed the participants based on scientific data and experiences on international health tourism, health tourism in Turkey, health tourism in prosthetic-orthosis applications and business development and training process. Our Chairman talked about the potential of our country in international health tourism and the steps to be taken to reveal this potential, answered the questions of the participants and suggested solutions to the problems. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this valuable organization, which aims to strengthen social unity as well as to evaluate prosthetic-orthosis applications in a multidisciplinary manner through scientific sharing.
