Disabled Elderly Services Development Foundation has set out to contribute to the development of policies for the disabled and elderly services in our country and the services offered in this context, with the long-standing contributions of a qualified team of academics, business people, NGO representatives, professional staff and bureaucrats. It was established in February 2021 under the leadership of Businessperson Serkan ÜLKÜ.
EYGEV started its activities in Headquarters Via Twins Plaza Çankaya/Ankara. Supreme councils have been formed to address the needs and problems of disabled and elderly individuals and their families regarding health, rehabilitation, care, employment, and social rights, and it has started to meticulously carry out country-wide organizational studies through face-to-face meetings on the basis of provinces. In this context, branches and organizational structures in 35 provinces have been completed, and the following supreme boards and units have been established under the headquarters:

To lead studies that will contribute to the development of policies and services for the disabled and the elderly on a systematic and sustainable basis, to provide scientific, technical and financial support to all stakeholders in this field, to carry out national and international studies that can meet the needs of our country in line with current requirements.
